Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation Land Donation

We are proud of our gift of 5 residential lots located at 1620, 1640, 1680, and 1710 E McKinley to the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation. This contribution aims to support and preserve Easter Lake and the natural beauty of this area of Des Moines.

Girl's Rock DSM

Modern Muse Rice Lager by Confluence, crafted with an all-female touch, shines brightly with the generous support of White Oak Realty. Highlighting the mere 5% of women in brewing and music, this brew offers citrus and pear notes perfect for outdoor events. Land Donation to City of Des Moines

This 3.525 acres was purchased and then donated to the city of Des Moines to protect Easter Lake from further silt infiltration. The cities dredging of Easter Lake was in progress at this time.
